Kids Eat Free (or Cheap!)

About a week ago my youngest child turned 13. ThirTEEN, the big 1-3, I no longer have babies or even kids, I have people. People that live in my house and eat all of my food. My days of ‘kids eat free’ are behind me but I do like to gift my clients with a night out from time to time and recent searches pulled up some outdated information. Summer is coming and a kid friendly restaurant is a gem when your fridge is empty, your littles are cranky and you all need a bit of distraction (some even offer magicians!). I will try to keep this list current, please comment to let me know of any additions or changes (and of course always double check before heading out just in case!).

Sunday:

Bruster’s Real Ice Cream – Raleigh – Kids shorter than 40 inches get a free baby cone. The family dog gets a free doggie sundae.
Dean’s Kitchen and Bar – Cary – One free kids meal per adult entree purchased. 5-6pm daily. Not valid on holidays.
Dickey’s Barbecue – Raleigh, Cary, Apex – Kids 12 and under eat free every Sunday with each adult meal purchase. Must order from kids menu and dine in only.
Jersey Mike’s – Brier Creek, Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville – Every Sunday, get a free kids meal with purchase of an adult entree.
Milton’s Pizza – N.Raleigh, Wake Forest – Monday-Friday 11 am- 2 pm, and Saturday/Sunday 11 am – 3 pm, Lunch buffet. Kids are priced at $0.70 x their age (for 10 years and under).

Backyard Burgers – Brier Creek, NW Raleigh – 1 free kids meal per adult combo purchase. 5pm-close.
