Raleigh COMPANY HEADSHOT PRICING

We offer company headshots at your office or a location of your choice. For new new hires and small teams, our studio is also available. Every headshot includes a high-resolution, professionally retouched image to ensure your team looks their best.

We arrive an hour before the shoot for set up, can bring along makeup artists for touch ups and will coach each person through posing and expressions for the best possible photo experience. The whole process takes about 10 minutes per person.

$195 travel/location set up fee
One look/outfit per person (5-10 minutes)

$195 travel/location set up fee for on-location shoots. Pricing is per person with progressive pricing, with discounts for larger teams. The first 4-10 people are $140 each, 11-29 are $129 each, and so on.

4-10 people – $140/person
Recommended that you set aside one hour for shooting time.

11-29 people – $120/person
Recommended that you set aside two hours for shooting time.

30-50 people – $90/person
Recommended that you set aside two and a half hours for shooting time.

BACKGROUND REPLACEMENT | $10/IMAGE

Choose a background for your headshots from our large gallery of standard colors, textures or locations. A custom background using your branding colors can be added at no charge. We can even take photos of your office and turn them into a digital background, so that new hires can have updated headshots taken in studio.

MAKEUP ARTIST | $100/HOUR

A Stylist/Makeup Artist is highly recommended to ensure everyone is “photo ready” for best results. Yes, even men! This means light touch up makeup for women, basic grooming for men and spraying hair for flyaways. Hourly rate, two hour minimum.

HASSLE FREE SCHEDULING | $150

Not a fan of herding cats? Get everyone scheduled without the back and forth emailing or worrying about the timeline, we’ll create a private online scheduler with perfectly planned timeslots. Once they’ve booked, they’ll receive a confirmation email, calendar invite, and a link to reschedule if they need to adjust their time slot.

ENVIRONMENTAL/CANDID IMAGES | $250 HOUR

If you’re having us come out to your location for team photos, why not get some photos around the office while we’re there? Photos of your building, people at work, interior spaces, your business in action, etc. Price includes a full set of digitals with basic color/contrast edits.

Group photos or composite group images (the easiest way to create a team photo that isn’t outdated if someone leaves) start at $100 per grouping.
