My family and I purchased a half evening session. Season was very friendly and nice and the photos are great in quality. The session was nice, but it did feel a little rushed. There wasn’t much variety in the poses or variety in location; the timeframe was 45 minutes (WRAL Azalea Gardens – we stated that we had never been to the area and were relying on the expertise of the photographer, who said there were several nice areas for photos. We never went inside the garden, only two areas along the perimeter of the garden). I asked if there was anything that I needed to bring to the session, I was told no. However, at the session there was difficulty in getting my baby to smile and I was asked if I brought toys. I didn’t have anything because I was told that I didn’t need to bring anything, so my husband or I had to be behind the camera as well to get my baby to smile, which sort of took away from the pictures. Our baby is not smiling on any of the family photos. I understand that all babies are different, but that was a bit of a disappointment. The retouching of the photos (which is included in the package is minimal), I had to pay to have sweat stains removed for the photos and there was a lot of back and forth in getting the photos edited (2 in total). There were also 10-5x7 prints that were included in our package that were sent late, but this was corrected by giving us extra prints. It seems as if there was a lot of forgetting, which was a little frustrating because I feel that I shouldn’t have had to keep reaching out regarding my photos. Again, Season was nice, friendly, and responded to emails and questions and the photos are great in quality, but this was not the experience we hoped for given the cost of the services.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
