Oh I was so excited about this session, I had been looking forward to it for months. This was the sweet grandbaby of my daughter’s teacher! My little girl was not to happy to find out I spent the morning with her teacher and she didn’t get to tag along but we had a great time and the pictures show it!
I have a sweet baby girl to share with you today! I have had the opportunity to watch her brother go from newborn to big bro so getting to share some girly time was alot of fun. She was a dream to work with!
This little bundle came into the world with a bang and had just made it home the day before I met him. I think the excitement of his first week of life wore him out because he slept like an angel the entire time I was there. Such a precious little peanut, I am so glad I got to spend the day with you!
This sweet little guy surprised his parents by showing up early and a full schedule and a forecast calling for storms had us sweating a little bit about the timeline. But the day of the session turned out to be a gorgeously clear day, not a storm in site until well after we were finished. And he was an absolute dream to work with, just as sweet and cuddly as can be. He got his newborn portraits mom and they are gorgeous!
This sweet little surprised us by coming a little early and then the weather surprised us by being a little yucky so her session was pushed back later than we had planned. That said, she was an absolute joy to work with and barely let out a peek the entire time I was there. Thank you Mom and Dad for sharing your precious girl with me for a day!
Another gorgeous newborn girl, I have to admit to having a good bit of fun using all my flowers and hats (have I mentioned that last year was nearly all boys?) but this little beauty made it easy to come up with way too many adorable shots. Add to it two gorgeous sisters and, sorry mom, you’ll have your work cut out for you putting together that wall gallery!
This was the newborn session that almost wasn’t meant to be! We were in a rush because this little doll was already past the two week window that I try and work in for newborns and we made it happen, although it felt like everything was trying to get in our way. In the end though it was so worth it, and even though she was wide awake most of the time I was with her (and starving!) we ended up with so many gorgeous shots. I know it was crazy mom and dad, but hopefully well worth the crazy!
