Sneak Peek! | Family Portraits in Raleigh

I hope you are enjoying all the sweet smiling faces I have to share this fall - it has been a CRAZY holiday season here with more sessions that I have ever accepted before, but I have had so much fun with all the sweet boys and girls!  This is one beautiful family.  Each child was so sweet and fun to play with, makes my job easy!.

Sneak peek! | Raleigh Portraits

I always look forward to my sessions with this little sweetheart because she’s gorgeous, she’s full of personality and I know Mom is going to have adorable outfits for her to wear!  But this time…she was just not feeling it.  She didn’t want to sit in my stinking chairs, didn’t want to look at the stinking lake or walk in the stinking fallen leaves.  Not one bit.  But through perseverance and my mad skills with kids (ok, and an entire box of cookies, but mostly my mad skills) she came around.  Sometimes I think the sessions where we really have to work for it are even more sweet in the end!

Sneak Peek! | Raleigh Mini Sessions

Oh these minis feel like a lifetime ago!  Before hardware issues and late nights we had a cloudy Friday of minis taking place in a small garden with a wedding set up taking place.  And not just any wedding set up, a wedding where every square inch of real estate was covered by a tent, parts of a tent or someone setting up a tent.  It made for an interesting day, we made use of any space we could find!  I know everyone is waiting for these, your proofs will be ready today!

Sneak Peek | Newborn Photographer

November 9, 2009 – 7:30 am

I had the opportunity to photograph big brother when he was born a few years ago and now it was little brother’s turn - but little is relative as he weighed in at a whopping 11lbs!  He was about a week old when we had his session and I was amazed to see Mom looking beautiful and feeling great.  This family has the most beautiful babies!

Status Update | System Failure

November 4, 2009 – 5:08 pm

Just a note that I have had a system failure here, which means I am at a standstill.  My files are backed up so I am not too concerned about lost files, just lost time which right now is most valuable.  I am doing everything I can to get the problem rectified asap.  Thank you for your patience.

Sneak peek! | Cary Children’s Portraits

I had so much fun with this session!  I love this age - 5 years old is the last little touch of babyness mixed in with a whole lot of big kid.  She was full of personality and I had a hard time choosing which photos to share on the blog!
