Urban Family Portraits in the Raleigh – Durham Area
Urban family sessions are a nice change of pace from your traditional garden or park backdrop. The American Tobacco Historic District is easy to get to, has ample parking and is generally uncrowded in the morning hours. I love the light bouncing around the buildings and the different textures available to work with. Brick, stone steps, antiques painting and fun lights strung above. The Tobacco District is a perfect back drop for a holiday photo session with large wreaths and Christmas lights at every turn. Near the Durham Bulls stadium, the Tobacco District is just off the Durham Freeway.
