I haven’t seen this family in some time so it was a little bit of a shock to see their “baby boy” transformed into a big kid and an adorable little sister added to the mix! We had a great time on this very warm morning, so great to see you again!

This little cutie was so much fun to work with. We have such a variety of expressions, some of which actually made me laugh out loud. Such a doll baby Mom!

We had so much fun this morning running around Duke Gardens and the weather cooperated (despite looking a little iffy for a while there!). Coming from a family of three with two brothers I got such a kick out of their dynamics. I loved how the littlest one of all was a total clown and could get his big siblings cracking up. Just a sweet, sweet crew!

Oh this little man sums up “toddler” in a nutshell. Absolutely full of smiles and full of energy! We have such a broad range of expressions with him, I had a hard time choosing for the blog. And that last one - well I just had to add that one in!

Another sweet little newborn growing up! I just can’t believe this much time has passed, it never ceases to amaze just how fast these babies grow up on us! Every bit as gorgeous as always, she is stunning Mom!

It’s azalea season in North Carolina! We spent the morning at WRAL property dodging many (many!) others touring the gorgeous garden. These sweet girls were a blast to work with and were patient with us as we worked around crowds and mid day sun. But the flowers were blooming and the day was just gorgeous!

If I ever get too confident in my skills as a photographer (or heck, as a grown up!) I can always count on a tiny little person to come along and put me back in my place. Small, adorable, innocent but this little one ran the show and let me tell you - a photographer was just not something she had planned for that day. She really preferred to explore the garden on her own time without some nutty woman with a camera trying to get in her way. In fact I think she would have preferred to explore the garden on her own time without some nutty woman with a camera anywhere in the PARK with her :-p But for every bit she did not want to be in pictures her sister was happy to pick up the slack and in the end we were in hysterics the entire time. I can’t wait to share the great shots right along with the outtakes with you Mom!
