10 Years and a gift for you!

On this day 10 years ago I married my wonderful husband and started this CRAZY journey that is our life!  To celebrate I thought I would give my clients some gifts!

The next 10 clients to book their holiday session (a full session taking place anytime before November 16) get a set of 25 linen press printed holiday cards ($50 value) on me! These cards are gorgeous and I prints hundreds and hundreds every holiday season.  I will have this year’s designs ready to share soon as August begins holiday season in the photography world!  So if you were planning on booking now is the time to do it, August & September are nearly booked.

And on top of that, of those 10 people one will be chosen to receive a gift certificate for a massage from White Dahlia. Gotta love that!

I will not be in the office this weekend and will be returning emails Monday, I will book in the order  I hear from you!

10 years, time to celebrate!

Mini Sneak peek! | Raleigh Baby & Children’s Photographer

July 30, 2009 – 3:30 pm

Last week’s mini were a huge success!  These minis were never posted on the blog because they booked up with past clients after my last newsletter which means I had a fun day of catching up with old friends and seeing kids that have GROWN!  I was just stunned all day - how do these babies grow up so fast??  Although the weather kept us guessing all day the rain held off and we had a great time.  Take a peek at all these cuties!

What to Wear Wednesdays | Mom and her kiddos

I think most moms agree that we’re not in photos as much as we should be.  It may be our own fault (waiting to lose that last 5 lbs?) or it may be that we’re always holding the camera but whatever the reason years from now those images of us with our babies are precious.  So even if you aren’t planning a family portrait session always be prepared to jump in a few shots Mom, you will be so glad you did!

Sneak Peek! | Raleigh Children’s Photographer

Another session from that gorgeous spell of cool July weather we had last week - I think I may have actually left without being soaked through and through! A sweet brother and sister, we explored the Arboretum and had a great time. They even sat together for sibling shots, that so rarely happens!

Mini Session Opening!

A sweetie from last week before the move - seems like a lifetime ago!  He had the biggest, bluest eyes and was such a great little model.  It was a crazy cool day for July here in NC, we have just had the best summer weather!

What to Wear Wednesdays | On a Saturday…

Yes I do realize it’s not a Wednesday but in moving land who knows what day it is - it’s all a blur!  Of course my internet was cut off too early and is not yet connected (with no end in site) so this is being uploaded from a cafe as I sneak in a small amount of email time.  We are settled into our cosy rental home (settled may not be accurate, we’re THERE and so is all of our stuff - IN BOXES!) and trying to find some normalcy.  I am doing my best to keep with with emails via blackberry, hopefully I will be working at 100% very soon.  I under estimated just how much work this would be!  I very much appreciate everyone’s patience.

So this week’s outfit is done via laptop very quickly so it may not be my best work, but I am just loving orange so find a way to incorperate it!  These outfits are all available on gap.com.
