Mini sessions last week were a ton of fun - some faces were new and some I hadn’t seen in months or even a year. I know I have said it before but my clients seem to stay frozen in time in my mind as the age I last photographed them. It’s sometimes a shock to see them later walking, talking, starting kindergarten… Here’s a few faces from the day - thanks to everyone who came out!
I told you would see more of this gorgeous family and here they are! We actually met twice in downtown Wake Forest for sessions together and ended up with so many great photos I couldn’t decide which ones to share. So this is a little image heavy but they are just crazy beautiful people so I don’t imagine anyone will mind!
It had been a little while since my last newborn session so it was great to get my snuggles in! This little man waited patiently through the 6 day rainfest we had to get his session done on a gorgeous, sunny day that even allowed for a few shots outside. He also had a sweet big sister (aka my assistant) that enjoyed a little romp in the muddy yard as well. Hey, it’s not a work day for me if my pants aren’t muddy by the end!
I love this little guy and I have had the opportunity to have sessions with him all around the triangle area and watch him grow. Starting with his teeny tiny newborn portraits all the way up until now - a running, talking, wild man toddler. The day was overcast but we were just thrilled it wasn’t freezing and/or raining like crazy given our recent weather and we played for a good long while. They are contemplating a move from Raleigh soon and I will miss them greatly!
I have one opening for my mini sessions on March 24th. Details are located here. The mini sessions are a very different from my full sessions and are only offered a few times a year (generally 3 times, spring, summer, & fall) . My full sessions are truly what I am all about; letting me get to know the kids and create a full, varied gallery of images that really capture the essence of your family. They also will include several outfits and backgrounds, have a longer ordering period, more hands on help in creating galleries and custom items, and basically a full service experience. If you’re looking for that full experience and larger gallery of varied looks the full session will be the best fit for you.

Sorry for the back to back posting but I wanted to add that the March date I mentioned in the last post is no longer available but I have had a reschedule for this Monday, March 23rd. WRAL says sunny and 71 degrees, great day to play! *This date has booked, thank you!*
A quick update on available dates for the next month or so. April-May are some of my busiest months of the year and they do tend to book up in advance so please drop me a note soon if you would like to get in. As of now these dates remain (but of course this is subject to change so contact me before planning!):
March 30th and April 1st, 7th, 13th and 28th.
If you have school aged children and would like a spring break date contact me asap - I will try to accomodate as many families as I can!
